Habitat for Humanity has changed many lives in Shelby County! We enjoy serving alongside of them when we get the chance - and their giving us that chance September 11! Check it out:
Join us in loving on our community! We will be cleaning up several areas, mulching, landscaping, power-washing, painting, etc...
This event is open to participants of all ages!
There are several ways you can be involved.
1) nominate a project....an individual who hasn't been able to keep up with some home maintenance, etc... and could benefit from some work at their home.
2) sign up as an individual
3) sign up your church group, scout troop, community group, etc...
We will meet at the Serenity Center on 7th Street. We will have registration and breakfast sponsored by Turner's Insurance from 8:00-8:45. All participants will receive a t-shirt. We will work at our respective project and return to Serenity Center around lunchtime for pizza and wrap up the day.
This is a great way for us to serve and come together as a community. Please consider participating.
