Equip 28 Starting Soon - Everything You Need to Know!

How does Equip 28 work? Equip 28 is designed to teach students ownership of their faith as they deepen their understanding and relationship with God through a small group discipleship experience.

Why “Equip 28”? “Equip” means to prepare, ready, train, provide with abilities, understanding, etc. and “28” comes from Matthew 28:19-20 (Jesus came near and said to them, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”)

What will Equip 28 students be studying? This fall semester, students will discover who the Holy Spirit is, how to discover and use their spiritual gifts, how to pray, how to live out their faith, and how to point others to Jesus as they learn to thrive as followers of Him.

When is Equip 28? There will be two cycles available this fall semester. Cycle 1 will be launching on Wednesday, August 23 from 5:00-6:15pm. These cycles are designed sequentially, but may be done independently as well. Register for Cycle 1 (8/23-10/4), Cycle 2 (10/18-11/29), or both, here.

Who is Equip 28 for? Equip 28 will have small group opportunities for 4th-5th graders AND (newly added this year) EDGE students!
