Sunday, January 26th is the first Love Shelbyville Day of 2025! Pre signing up for groups really helps us be able to serve our partners effectively and get an idea of where we may need more help!

PRAYER- The prayer group always takes time to pray for any specific needs that our community/church/individuals have; if you have something you would like them to pray for you can email your prayer requests in advanced to katie@loveshelbyville.com and we will make sure it gets to that team.
STORMHAVEN YOUTH RANCH- This group will be doing farm chores around the ranch (Dress appropriate for weather)
CHILDCARE @ CCC- Serving by staying with CCC kids so that families can go serve
CRESTVIEW- Visiting with, crafting and playing Bingo with the residents
LITTLE LIGHT HOUSE- Handyman projects; organizing; cleaning
MERCY MEDICAL- Deep cleaning
FOOD BANK @ AWAKE- Sorting and organizing food and cleaning
BACKPACK PROJECT- Packing bags of food for SCPS students to eat on the weekends
DORMAN CENTER DAYCARE & PRESCHOOL- Assembly- small bridge for garden, planter boxes, scales to be hung on outdoor fence. Fix- large hole patched in gross motor room, hang up bulletin board in preschool class, tighten cabinet doors to the classrooms, haul some items to storage/organize storage
BARREN HEIGHTS- Volunteer training for anyone interested in serving with BH for events or on one of the retreats CCC has committed to staffing with volunteers
NEIGHBORS & NATIONS- Deep cleaning and setting up at CCC for the Neighbors and Nations Missions Conference being hosted here
A LOVING CHOICE- Deep cleaning the childcare room; organizing the baby store
A PLACE TO SLEEP- Delivering beds/bedding to 2 local families so their kids can have a place to sleep
NORTHSIDE EARLY EDUCATION CENTER- Praying for the teachers and staff who are dealing with the painful loss of their principal and making them gift bags with encouraging notes and verses.
