Community Kids Glow in the Dark Capture the Flag night
On October 4th, Community Kids is hosting another Glow-In-The-Dark night of fun for our 3rd-5th graders. We will have pizza, hear the Gospel, and of course, play lots of Capture the Flag in the dark! It's a great chance to invite friends!
Christ Community turns 14!
On October 10, Christ Community celebrates it's official entrance into the world and this year we turn 14! We'd love for you to post your favorite memory of Christ Community that day - or better yet, share it with a friend in real life. But either way, take a moment to celebrate with us!
And then, get ready for 15 next year! The celebration plans are already under way..
Office closed over Fall Break
While local schools are out on fall break, the church office will be closed as well. Many of the staff will be vacationing with family.
"All the Glory" Sermon Series
Beginning October 20, we'll dive back into the gospel of Luke as we keep plodding through his gospel. We'll spend 5 weeks there between October 20 and Thanksgiving. As we look more closely at one leg of Jesus' journey to Jerusalem in Luke 17-18, we'll see Jesus revealing the glory of who he is - God's son - in some really cool ways!
As we see God's glory, it will challenge us to give him all the glory in our daily lives. Can't wait for God's Word to prepare us for the Thanksgiving season!
