Top of Mind Monday!

Scheduling has kept me from my rhythm of writing Top of Mind Monday the last couple weeks. I'm glad to take some time to reflect on ways I see God moving and inviting us to join him!

Not only is the next generation GOING to the nations, they're SENDING people too!

Y'all. It's always sweet to pray and send people headed out on mission. But this photo of our Community Kids praying over Luke and Jeremiah as they send them out gets me fired up! Not only is the next generaton going to the nations (Shoutout to Emma, too, here!), but they're sending them to. Let's keep reaching our neighbors on our way to the nations, CCC!

We Gather & Grow to Go

Over the last week, some of our people made a day trip to Midway, several of our guys sat around a fire until late in the evening, groups met, coffees happened, prayers were offered all across our community. We gather together and grow with one another so that we can go. As our community group reminded me last night, light shines brightest in the darkest places. And as I was reminded at the Sender's Summit with the International Mission Board this past week, the light that shines the furthest shines the brightest at home.

Keep gathering. Keep growing. But know those are on-ramps to GOING.

Speaking of GOING.. Time to LOVE SHELBYVILLE!

Get signed up ASAP for a group--> https://www.signupgenius.com/go/508084CACA62BAB9-love2#/ If you've got kids or students, make sure and ask them about the group just for them working on care packages for Honduras! We need a lot of hands this week, so bring a friend and let's go LOVE SHELBYVILLE! Don't forget, we're going to add a new element to Love Shelbyville this weekend with some training on sharing Jesus. So make sure and gather with us at 10 am before we go outside to serve!

Worship Night at Stargazer

6 pm. Next Sunday. We're headed downtown to sing together. What an opportunity to make much of Jesus!
