Love Shelbyville

Instead of our usual gathering we “go outside” the walls of our church and serve in the community (usually 10-15 groups). Please invite your friends, family, community group members and plan on joining us! No ask is too big; we do everything from paint to clean to build things to landscaping; pick up trash, farm chores, etc...whatever the need is.

We meet at Governor’s Square (198 Frankfort Road) at 10 AM and GO from there. We usually finish serving around noon.

Childcare will be provided for children ages birth-5 years-old. We encourage school age children to serve with their parents.​

As you arrive, chat with a new friend and find a place to serve by checking out the list of groups or asking one of the group leaders/ There are MANY options of where/how to serve and multiple opportunities that are family friendly.

Therefore let us go to Him outside the camp and bear the reproach He endured. For here we have no lasting city, but we seek the city that is to come. —Hebrews 13:13-14
